Your residents are neighbours, not a mailing list.

Every resident starts invisible. Not listed, not searchable, sharing nothing. If they want to be in the building directory they opt in, and they choose one by one whether their neighbours see their email, their phone number, their unit. They can switch off messages from other residents entirely.

You can always reach them — that is the working relationship the account exists for. Nobody else can, unless they said yes.

Residents report a problem with a photo-ready description and an explicit yes or no on entry permission. You triage, schedule, assign and close — with a private note thread they never see.
